Privacy

We collect the account information you provide through sign-in, such as your email address and profile details, including a profile photo you choose to upload. If you use Google sign-in, this may include the name and profile photo shared by Google.

We also store the workspace content you create: projects, work items, activity history, text you submit, and the settings that make the workspace work for you.

When you choose voice input, audio and its transcript are processed to turn your words into workspace actions. Text and voice input may be sent to OpenAI to provide that feature. Voice recordings are retained only when you enable their retention in your account preferences; transcripts and related work history remain part of your workspace unless you delete them.

If you send feedback, we retain the text or recording you choose to submit, any optional contact email you provide, basic page and language context, and a one-way request fingerprint used to limit spam. Feedback is delivered privately to us through Resend and is not added to your planner.

We use your information to operate and secure tonof.work, maintain your account and workspace, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. Your work is private by default. If you voluntarily join the leaderboard, the profile and completion information needed for that public ranking may be displayed publicly.

We use Supabase for authentication and data storage, Vercel to host the application, OpenAI for optional AI-assisted input processing, and Resend to deliver contact and feedback messages. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

You can export your workspace data or delete your account from Account. Deleting your account removes the associated personal workspace data as part of that process. You can also leave the leaderboard at any time from your account settings.
